Heeloween
So my first experience during Halloween at Carolina was okay. I had heard from upperclassmen that Halloween up here was wild and crazy, and that I was going to have a great time. I had an okay time. I enjoyed looking at everyone's costumes and ate at Cluck-U, but that was about it. My friends and I stayed on Franklin for awhile and then we just left and went to a party. I was alittle disappointed about the Halloween here. I was even more shocked to see parents with their young children out in that night. In the midst of thousands of people, most of them drunk, you as a "responsible" parent is going to have your children out. I mean I don't know about past Halloweens, but in all it was not what I hoped to be.

yeah I'm right there with you about Halloween not being so great. However, I had heard before that it's not too great now because in the past it has gotten way too crazy so cops shut it down early and everything now. I also agree with you about the parents thing. My friends and I were out on Franklin Street that night and we noticed noticed the parents. We were thinking the same thing you said.
